Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean 1800MG Review

Whole Body Research - Green Coffee Bean Extract

I’ve had issues with my weight for almost my entire life– I think that ever since puberty I’ve always been at least 15 to 20 pounds overweight. So of course, I try all kinds of diets and exercises but I never have had any major results. Well, a few months ago I went to my local health foods store and asked the man that works in the vitamins and supplements section if there was anything I could take. He said that they had been selling a lot of something called Green Coffee Extract, because it was recently found to double weight loss.  DOUBLE WEIGHT LOSS? Well,  I was skeptical because I’ve tried pills before that just made me jittery, but he said these didn’t have very much caffeine and that they really worked.

So of course, I was excited to try it out for myself, but he said they had just sold out! I even went back a week later and they were STILL sold out! I guess that tells you how popular it is! Well, I knew I just had to get my hands on it and try it out for my self, so I decided to just go online and do some reading about it and that’s how I found out this Whole Body Research brand of Green Coffee Bean Extract.

Does Green Coffee Bean  Supplement work?

While I was doing my research I found several websites that mentioned Dr. Oz because he has talked about it on multiple episodes.

He called it “the fat burner that works” and his show even conducted its own experiment on the Green Coffee Bean Extract. They studied women ages 35 to 49 with a BMI of 25-49. They gave half of the women the Green Coffee Bean Extract, and the other half they gave a placebo. The group that was given Green Coffee Bean Extract lost an average of 2 pounds in just 2 weeks! So it definitely works!

Green Coffee Bean: What to in look for in a supplement?

He had specific guidelines for what to look for when shopping for a Green Coffee Bean Extract Supplement and I followed those when I was searching for one to buy. He said:

Make sure the supplement contains Svetol or GCA which stands for Green Coffee Antioxidants.

Has at least 45% Chlorogenic Acid.

A dosage of at least 400mg

And contains Zero Fillers, Zero Binders, and Zero Artificial Ingredients.

Why we recommend Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean 1800MG?

The Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract supplement met or exceeded all of those requirements, plus they use vegetarian capsules, which is a definite plus for me. I ordered three bottles and so far it’s been going great. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks now and I’m really happy with my results so far. I feel much less bloated than I did before and it’s like I have more energy now. But it’s not a jittery energy, it just feels like I have more strength and willpower to do stuff, which is wonderful. If you’ve been looking for a Green Coffee Bean Extract supplement to try out, I definitely recommend the Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean 1800MG because it’s the most potent one I could find (it has over 50% Chlorogenic Acid) and it’s a really high quality supplement with only natural ingredients and no fillers or binders. Not only that, but Whole Body Research uses independent 3rd-party testing to make sure that their supplements are pure, safe, and effective. And they’ve definitely been effective for me so far.
